Our firm was founded in 1990 by engineers with backgrounds in industry, construction, and project management. The vision was to create a new kind of full service engineering support company. One that was very different from the ones that P&A’s founders had been previously working with. One with a very unique ability: the ability to listen. And not only to listen, but to do so with the insight, experience, and creativity. The kinds of skills that are necessary to analyzing complex situations and provide practical, cost-effective solutions, often within the constraints of time and budget. The kinds of skills that are developed from having been there.
Over two decades have passed. Our company has grown, now with over sixty carefully chosen contributors and a somewhat more diversified skill-set. The philosophy remains the same. Listen, learn, and understand the needs of our clients. Then provide the real-world, workable services and solutions.
